Only lettermail permitted (untracked stickers and prints). Unfortunately due to LUCID laws, orders including non-paper products will be refunded, sorry for the inconvenience!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  • Yes I do ship outside of the US, except for countries that Canada Post is not available ship to:
    Belarus, Guam, Haiti, Iran, Isreal, Norrh Korea, Lebamon, Lybia, Russia, Somalia, Sudun, Syria, Palastaine, Yemen

 

How long will Shipping take?

  • Canada: Est.3-5 days (east coast has a longer period)
  • USA: Est. 5-10 business day (up to 2 weeks)
  • International/Worldwide: Est. 2-4 weeks businsess day(tracked usually 2 weeks, ground shipping up to 4 weeks)
Where do you ship from/What are your processing times?
  • I am located in Canada. Orders are generally sent out once a week after store is open, no one perticular day is set for shipment. Once I have packed enough, I will ship out.

Is there Tracking for order?

  • All USA air parcels include Tracking.
  • All Canada parcel will use oversize letter mail, so it's the cheapest but it has no tracking unless you want to upgrade with tracking, which is an option! (+$7)
  • PAPER type lettermail has No Tracking. There is option to upgrade for paper mail as an add on in the item meau (+$3-$5)
  • International Air Parcel: initial shipping does not come with tracking, but it is an option to upgrade as well. (+$5)

 

Do you allow Local Pick up?

  • Yes I do. Only for Local in Vancouver. Please contact me via email and DM (fastest and direct way to contact me) to set up a pick up date at a skytrain station or at Copycat studio in Aberdeen Square (for Richmond folks)
  • Still have to pay for Canada postage, which is around the same as the postage lettermail fee here. I'm sorry ><


What info do I need to provide for shippment.

  • Full Name, Full Address, email address and Phone number is a must (mailman had told me photonumber helps a lot when they are delivering packages!


Do you accept refunds?

  • All sales are final. But If your package arrives damage in anyway, please contact me and provide photo evidences. I'll try my best to replace the item as long I still the product on my hand. If your package has been lost, it is out of my control after I send it off to the post office.


I ordered a pre-order item and an item that is in stock. When will it be shipped?

  • All orders will be automatically combined and shipped out once the pre-order item is available. Unless you have contacted me about your order to be seperate via email or dm! Please do provide Order number and names for the order.

Customs and import taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please contact your local post office for any additional questions.


Note to UK/EU customers

  • Usually I send UK/EU parcel under Gift, but there is no insurance if it is lost or Damage like VAT do. If you are willing to take the risk, please place order as usual.
  • Special Note: If your order consists of only paper products, like prints and stickers and photcard, feel free to order with me here and they will be sent untracked via lettermail!
  • Sorry I don't have esty setup for UK/ EU, gomanasorry customers 🙇‍♀️
